Kelly Bar is a component of rotary Drilling Rig when a rig is being in Kelly drilling configuration Kelly bar’s main purpose is to transfer the torque of the crowd system to the drilling tool. PCF Kelly bars are made of 2-5 tubular special grade alloy steel sections with drive keys and lock recesses on each section.

INTERLOCKING KELLY BAR TYPES

Interlocking Kelly Bars are used with rotary rigs for drilling in dense sand and gravel and weak to strong rock. PCF is manufacturing fully lockable Interlocking Kelly Bars with mechanical Locking System on each section. Specially selected steel pipes and use of special steel drive keys and locks are the key features of special steel drive keys features of PCF Kelly Bars. Specially designed springs are being used for shock absorbing.
